Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Items that have been used with water may only be returned if they are defective.
How to start a return

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Defective items
If an item arrives defective or stops working within the manufacturer's warranty period, contact us. We will arrange a replacement, refund or direct you to the manufacturer's warranty service.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned under this policy.
Warranty
Products may be covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, the terms of which are included with the product. We do not offer a separate warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides and what applicable law requires.
