Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to Kingsport, TN and communities within approximately 15 miles. If your address falls outside that area, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can reach it. We do not guarantee delivery to addresses we have not confirmed.

• Local delivery: $14.00 per address, included on orders over $125.00.
• Nationwide shipping (plants, dried and gift items only): $19.50 per address.
• Applicable Tennessee state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you place the order.
• A repeat trip after a failed delivery attempt may incur a further delivery fee.

You choose a delivery date and a time window at checkout. The date you choose is a request: we confirm it by email, and if we cannot meet it we contact you before making the arrangement. Time windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and route order.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed through the website. Call +1 234 251 3063 to ask whether a same-day order is possible.

Fresh cut arrangements are hand-delivered locally only; we do not ship them by courier because they do not travel well. Plants, dried arrangements and non-perishable gift items can be shipped within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

• Please give a complete address, a ZIP code and a phone number for the recipient where possible.
• If nobody is available and it is safe to do so, we leave the flowers in a sheltered place and notify you.
• If it is not safe, we return the flowers to the shop and contact you to arrange a second attempt.
• Deliveries to hospitals, care facilities, funeral homes, schools and workplaces depend on that site's own rules; please confirm they accept flowers before ordering.

Flowers are seasonal and perishable. Where a specific variety, color or vessel is unavailable, we substitute an item of equal or greater value that keeps the style and overall look you ordered. If you would rather be called before any substitution, say so in the order notes at checkout.

Severe weather, road closures, supplier shortages and other events outside our control can delay a delivery. If that happens we contact you as soon as we know and agree a new date or a refund where the flowers can no longer serve their purpose.
