Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area, or the order cannot be completed by the requested date — and we will tell you if we do.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price that applies.
• Applicable Tennessee state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line.
• Delivery and shipping fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order rather than charging the wrong amount.

Card payment is not currently enabled on this website. Orders submitted through the site are received as requests, and we contact you to take payment before the arrangement is made. We do not collect or store card details on this site.

Flowers are natural, seasonal and perishable. Photographs show the style, palette and approximate scale of an arrangement rather than an exact reproduction. Variety, color and stem count may vary with the crop and daily inventory, and we may substitute items of equal or greater value while keeping the style you ordered. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

Delivery terms, areas, fees and failed-delivery handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates and time windows are requests we confirm, not guarantees.

Cancellation windows, replacements and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

• Give accurate customer, recipient and address details, and a contact phone number where possible.
• Only submit recipient details and messages you are entitled to share.
• Do not use this website unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Some flowers and plants are harmful if eaten and pollen can stain fabric. Keep arrangements away from children and pets, and ask us if you need to know about a specific variety before ordering. We make no medical or health claims about any product we sell.

Text, images and layout on this site belong to Velocentra Solutions LLC or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is free of error.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that state unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when your order is confirmed is the version that applies to that order.
